Amber Heard revealed last summer how she had secretly given birth to a baby girl named Oonagh Paige via surrogacy, saying she was both “the mother and father” of the child.
Heard was informed she would not be able to carry a kid, so she had Oonagh through a surrogate on April 8.
To share the news, Heard posted a picture of herself cuddling the baby on Instagram. She hasn’t publicized the identity of the baby’s dad or donor, or even how they met.
“I’m thrilled to share this with you. Four years ago, decided that I wanted to have an infant. I wanted to be able to do it in my own way,” she wrote.

“I am now aware of how radical this is to us women to contemplate this as one of the more important aspects of our lives in this manner.
“I would like to see us reach an age where it’s not a requirement to have an engagement ring for the crib.”
Oonagh Paige’s father is not Elon Musk. However, there are rumors that are exclusively spread over the Internet.

It is believed that a foundation said to be controlled by Musk — a Vanguard donor-advised fund (DAF) — anonymously donated $500,000 to the ACLU in Heard’s name in June 2107.
She said, “A part of me is determined to prove my personal life like nobody’s business. Also, I realize that my job demands that I be in control of my life.
“My baby girl was born on the 8th of April, 2021. Name Oonagh Paige Heard. She’s the first step in my whole life.”

Following her divorce from Johnny Depp, Heard was linked to cinematographer Bianca Butti, with whom she has been in a relationship since January 2020, but she decided to have a kid on her own a few months ago. She was “proud” to be the only legal guardian.
There’s been a lot of reports that Elon Musk may become the father of the kid and also may have acted as a sperm donor.
Heard dating his Tesla Chief Executive Officer for a year prior to when they split up in August of 2017. After four months of being apart, they decided to give the relationship another chance later that year. In February of 2018, the couple broke up and decided to stay apart for the rest of their lives.
A spokesperson for Heard did not respond to inquiries or clarification regarding the name of the father of the child.
After the baby was born in the hospital, a source told Page Six that Heard was “beyond the love” for her daughter, Paige, who was named after her late mother.
The birth is especially meaningful because she lost her mother in May 2020, at the age of 63. She began her essay by stating that she was “heartbroken and stunned beyond comprehension” at the time.
On an Instagram post. She added: “It’s hard to imagine and it’s even more difficult to describe that I am truly blessed to be her daughter and to have been blessed with the privilege of seeing her light, which she shone upon all of us, fall upon me for almost 34 years.”
