1. Paid Classified Ads

We charge ₹30 per ad for a 30-day listing on our classified platform. This is a non-refundable service fee once the ad is published.


2. No Refund Policy

As per our policy:

  • Once an ad is successfully posted and approved, no refund will be issued.

  • This applies even if you delete your ad before the 30-day period ends.

  • The fee covers ad moderation, listing, and platform usage.


3. Duplicate or Mistaken Payments

If you accidentally make duplicate payments for the same ad, please contact us within 24 hours. After verifying the transaction, we may issue a refund for the extra amount paid, not for the original ad.


4. Ad Rejection

If your ad is rejected by our moderation team for violating our Terms and Conditions or content policy:

  • No refund will be provided, as moderation is part of the paid service.

5. Payment Disputes

If you raise a payment dispute or chargeback without valid reason, your account may be permanently banned from using our services.


6. Service Interruptions

In the rare event of website downtime or technical errors preventing your ad from being displayed for a significant time (more than 48 hours of continuous downtime), we may consider:

  • Extending your ad duration

  • Offering platform credits

  • Refunds in specific cases (at our sole discretion)
